Ingredients for the potatoe base:


3 Medium potatoes

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Thyme

2 tbs. Olive oil


Ingredients for the chicken filling:


4 tbs. Olive oil

1 Medium onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Red pepper

1 Green pepper

1 Yellow pepper

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Salt

3 Chicken breast

3 tbs. Tomato paste


Ingredients for the Béchamel sauce:


1/4 Cup butter

3 tbs. Butter

3 Cups of milk

1 1/4 tsp. Salt Or to your taste

A pinch of pepper or to taste


**Note**


Make your own sauce, because the sauce you buy in a jar in the

Supermarket will not make it taste good.


Always make fresh homemade sauces!!
