This soup is easy to make and it's simply delicious!
And not to mention it's a complete meal in a bowl.
Ingredients:
1 potato
1 carrot
1 onion & 2 cloves of garlic grated
2 pieces of chicken (Leg with the thigh) make sure it has the bone
5 cups of water
1 ½ tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/4 cup vermicelli
Serve hot, and season with more salt and lemon juice to taste if desired.
